Statement of Faith
STATEMENT OF FAITH
The Military Order of Saint Michael affirms the following Statement of Faith, which all members must acknowledge:
1. The Holy Scriptures – The Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
2. The Trinity – There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. Jesus Christ – Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, whose life, death, and resurrection provide salvation to all who believe.
4. Salvation – Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, apart from works.
5. The Church – The universal Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, and make disciples.
6. Christian Living – Members are called to live holy, obedient lives empowered by the Holy Spirit, demonstrating love, integrity, and service to others.
7. Mission & Service – Believers are called to serve God and neighbor, promoting justice, mercy, and faithfulness in accordance with biblical teaching.
